A: In the event of inclement weather, our versatile, climate-controlled first-floor spaces serve as the perfect backup. This ensures your celebration can seamlessly move indoors and continue with uninterrupted elegance.
Q: How many guests can the rooftop accommodate?
A: The rooftop offers an expansive 4,956 square feet of space and can accommodate up to 366 guests. Please note that the final capacity will vary depending on your chosen floorplan; layouts that require more furniture, staging, or mobile bars will naturally reduce the maximum number of attendees. Our team will work with you to ensure a flexible layout tailored perfectly for your event, whether it's a grand reception or an intimate networking mixer.
Q: Can we host live music or a DJ outside?
A: Absolutely! To ensure the best sound and entertainment experience, we work exclusively with a preferred A/V partner who will expertly outfit the rooftop for your live music or DJ needs (while our first-floor spaces feature built-in, state-of-the-art A/V, rooftop A/V is fully customized through our vendor). To comply with city noise ordinances, all live bands and DJs simply conclude outdoor amplified sound by our designated evening cutoff.
Q: Are there private restrooms and bar access on the roof?
A: Yes! The rooftop level is fully equipped with dedicated private bathrooms and direct elevator access to ensure absolute convenience for your guests. Instead of a fixed, built-in bar, we utilize stylish mobile bars. This offers fantastic flexibility, allowing you to customize your floorplan and place the bar exactly where it works best for your event's flow.
